How Do I Get Started?

Turn up. It’s that simple. 

Show up a little early so you can let your coach know that it’s your first LES MILLS GRIT™ workout. Don’t be shy to work at your own pace and stop when you need to. Your coach will work out on the floor, motivating you and the team around you to go harder. You’re fitter, faster, and stronger than you think. Trust us. Your coach will help out with technique and show modifications that cater to all fitness levels.
